About

My name is Marta, I'm a Software Development student (VT II). I'm currently coursing my first year at U-tad. What can I say... I'm loving it. So far, so good. I started this course doubting if this was my "thing", was I really meant to learn this?... But the programming world was an exciting adventure waiting to be discovered. I'm really enjoying to learn new stuff every day. I can't wait for the next thing. I'm always craving to learn more, searching on Youtube and Google. I'm really having fun on my way to become a programmer.

In my spare time you can usually find me playing with my cats, learning new skills, doing some exercise, playing videogames, drawing, hanging out with my friends... Or even sewing! I'm sure not many programmers you know, know how to sew!

Contests

I'm always trying to challenge myself and learn during the process. And trying websites challenges like "CSS, Battles", "Acepta el reto"... In December I'll try to solve some challenges from "AdventCode". But so far, this is the only contest I took part in:

"Las doce uvas" - Dec. 2020.
I took part in this contest organised by the "Complutense University". I solved those challenges with Java... And I achieved the 4th place in the VT II category!!

What I'm planning to learn next

As soon as I feel more secure enough typing on JavaScript. I'm planning to learn use some JavaScript library (I haven't decided wich one yet, maybe Vue).
